How many appeals do you think it will take before they are released for re-trial?
The question is: Will there be a re-trial, commutation or pardon before the illegals in that Federal prison kill Campos. If that happens, there will be irreparable harm to our ability to get anybody to work in ICE or near the border.
Ramos' attorney was on BOR tonight about his beating in prison..... I'll say I wish he had better lawyers.
I don't know--my concern is, will they be live through the appeals process?

Screw a re-trial. They should be pardoned by the President and the 3 that lied should spend 10 years in prison.

I am honestly beginning to think that the Democrats are right about impeachment - just wrong on the grounds. IT has nothing to do with Iraq...and everything to do with corruption and the giveaway of our national sovereignty. THE wrongful imprisonment of these two BP officers was a warning to the BP and all who enforce the border (what a joke) - stay out of the way of the illegal drugs and the coyotes....or you will go to prison too.
