Just promise me, you won't shave him in that weird sort of nerf ball, pom pom on the tail cut. ;-)

Never going to happen, look at post 6 in this thread and go to my homepage to see what Sonny is going to look like.
Here's our vicious dog squaring off against Samantha, the Viking Kitty...
I'm not surprised, our 90 lb rottweiler is little more than jelly when it comes to our Viking Kitties. They're evil, I tells ya.
Whew! I like the overall body fro look. Good looking dogs!
Ping to a smile.
What a little cutie pie (poodle, not you Bob).
Have fun. Makes me want to get another doggie.
What a beautiful dog.
AWWWWWWWW! Great pics!
Happiness is a warm puppy!
Enjoyed the pictures -- Sonny's adorable.
Love your big boy, Jake, too.
Go Jets!
Sonny is adorable. Jake will love his little brother....eventually, LOL! I have a Golden Retriever and a Bichon Frise and it is so much fun to watch them play.
Got Rottweilirs? Post pictures!
Thank you for the nice compliment.
I love the MC Hammer gif, he should make a comeback, he was the greatest dancer I've ever seen. Too bad the campaign against him by the thugs that he was too "nice" worked and destroyed his career, now we're left with only REAL criminals in the rap world.
I loved MC Hammer too; but, unfortunally he's a great case where money and friends don't buy you much but debt to Uncle Sam.
He's still a cool cat (from my h.s. dances) in my book :)
Sonny's adorable and growing more adorable by the hour.
He's still got that steadfast look.
Funny how he's the little one but "boss dog". My Shelley was the same way - smallest in the litter but Boss of Everything. I think our new pup is wearing her down though. . .
Then again, maybe not.
Great Pictures, Beautiful Dogs!
Too bad you're in Jersey, we could have a lot of fun introducing your dogs to Retrieving or Agility.
Our Retriever Club has a training day next Saturday at one of the member's farms down in Newnan GA. We actually have a member with two poodles who actually retrieve! If they show up, I'll be sure to get pictures for you.
Ruby retrieved her first bumper today -- soft, small-diameter bumpers made especially for puppies. She seems to know what to do -- brought it right back and handed it to me. Shelley of course was insanely jealous and demanded a bumper of her own - RIGHT NOW! Ah, the joys of sibling rivalry!
Jake uses the backyard as an agility course he weaves in and out of trees and lawn furniture like a madman! The poodles started out in Germany as water retrievers, that's supposedly how the funny haircuts started, leaving the hair over the vital organs to keep them warm in water.
I made my own weave poles with lengths of PVC pipe, caps for one end, and plastic tent stakes for the other. Inserted the tent stakes into the end of the pipe, drilled a hole right through both sides of the pipe and the stake, then put in a bolt and nut. Works great! (you need 12 of them if you go in for competition, but you can start with 6. Start Jake on 3 to begin with and lead him through with treats. He'll soon get the hang of it. Always enter the first weave with the first pole next to his LEFT shoulder.)
Shelley the Wonder Dog in the weave poles (AKC Novice, which only requires 6 poles):
I retired her when she got her Excellent title, she's not fast enough to make time in Masters.
Ah, but they're so worth it, aren't they? :)
Must have been those other two puppies we saw come through here . . . just a minute ago . . .
