Rear Window is IMO one of the greatest and most original movies of all times. Hitchcock was really firing on all cylinders there. The DVD I have is poor quality though so I hesitate to recommend it. (Another movie burdened with a poor DVD transfer is "The Black Stallion" with its fabulous cinematography)
Another Hitchcock that I really enjoy is Lifeboat. What topnotch performances in that.

Lifeboat is an excellent movie, which brings to mind two additional films in Flight of the Phoenix (original, not the lame remake) and The Old Man and the Sea.

Grace Kelly, Jimmy Stewart, and Hitchcock all at their very best. Even the supporting players Raymond Burr, Martha Hyer, and Wendell Corey were great.

P.S. Grace Kelly was one of the all-time beauties! The best thing to come out of Philadelphia since cheesesteaks!

P.P.S. The Third Man is also an all-time classic, and the setting in post-war Vienna unique.

Yes I pretty much watch TCM only these days.....
