With all due respect, these need to be installed NOW! But, for whatever reason, our civilian sector is still not on a war footing of any kind, otherwise we would be talking about the successes of these systems right now, instead of just supposing that it will work out.
I'm still pissed that we can't crank out 1500 armored humvees a week at the same time. If we are at war, we have to start acting like it!
