Well, if the SecDef was working on plans to take over those other countries, what's the problem? Realistically that's the best way to seal the borders. Fortress America relies on water, not fences, for protection. Cleaning out Mexico would go a long way toward solving a lot of problems.

We are having enough enough trouble in our efforts to clean out Iraq and Afghanistan. Not to mention cleaning out Serbia of christian men, women and children.

Well, if the SecDef was working on plans to take over those other countries, what's the problem? Mexico has been a quagmire for the Mexican government for nearly a century. I have heard rumors that the Mexican government is considering pulling out of Mexico entirely.

We live 4 miles from Ak/Can border; in a rural area. Nobody living around here even recognizes the border unless they are travelling much further than 100 miles or so into Canada. I know Canada is alot different than Mexico but having a can/amer flag on clothesline rope is much nicer than border checkpoint. People on both sides of border travel by boat or snowmachine unimpeded on a daily basis; completely ignoring both governments. Never seen anyone ever questioned about anything, how it should be.
