That could still happen.
Stranger things have happened.
I'd be much happier if people of your sort never bought Vista at all.
For everyone one of your fanatic Microsoft-hating type, there are thousands more that will buy Vista, ending up making it the highest selling operating system in history.
By the end of this year, Vista sales woulda have already exceeded the entire current installed base of Linux and Mac OS combined by several times.
You don't count.
