Lol well, I'm pretty sure I don't have a potato in my dorm room. The only thing I can find online is it says not to pick at it and use a warm cloth. It's not really helping.

if i were nearby, i would run one over to you. they can be very painful. have you looked up homeopathic remedies online? it won't help you tonight...but get to the cafeteria tomorrow, and ask for a piece of potato! (praying they don't use instant!)

You mean South Dakota isn't close to South Carolina? ;) Darn. I can't remember the last time we actually had any potatoes in the cafeteria. And I work there. We have lots of french fries, though.
