So tell us a little about yourself, if you want.

Can you describe what you do? (in laymen's terms...not techno stuff...)

You're a maaaaad scientist! I've NEVER heard of a caraway see cake! When I read 'seed cakes' I assumed you meant poppy seed, but in the later post I see caraway. I am intrigued now because I have only met caraway seeds in bread, sauerkraut, or meat like sausage. I never had it in a sweet. I'd love to try it. I'm keeping the recipe.

I used to work for a networking company (I live in Silicon Valley...there's TONS out here) and would sometimes log on at midnight to work. Not that often though. My job was supposed to be a 9-5 type of job (half the reason I quit). I work in an IT department now for a very large company, and I'm involved in a massive multi-year data center migration now.

Like computer labs? Are you testing new systems or software or anything like that? You mentioned doing help desk work...do you take calls and answer questions and stuff?

I was a telemarketer for 2 years so I know what it's like to sit at a desk and answer the phone all the time.

What do you do to keep yourself busy? I take it it's probably very slow right now...
