Oh, yeah,The character of Otter in Animal House. I loved that movie. Sorry he is out killing poor little snakes now.

The only animal I know to be resistant to venomous snakes is the American opossum, though it's not out of the realm of possiblity for an otter to be as well. And of course venomous snakes are resistant to their own venom.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the otter was taking a large broad-banded water snake.
