Parcells' record over the years includes seasons where he went in to turn around a franchise. His first year with the Pats he won 5-6 games then went on to make the playoffs 2/3 next years. Before that the Pats were the Raiders of today. His first year with the Jets the team had lost 14 games the year before, two years into his tenure they are playing in the AFC Championship game.

The Cowboys were 5 & 11 for three straight years and 10 & 6 the first year with Parcells. At least he turned them back into a winning team and brought them to the playoffs twice.

I guess it takes more than a good coach.
We need great players, Romo will be one I think.
Parcells I think did pretty good here.
He put Chan Gailey to shame thats for sure.

Didn't take good ol' T.O. long to shoot his mouth off. Team will be better off, "I" was not utilized properly, yada yada. Comments that serve no purpose whatsoever.

Is this it? For all the buzz, Parcells era didn't add up to much
That's because the real brains of Parcell's operation won three more Superbowl rings in New England. You might have heard of him: Bill Belichick
