Yer honor. My client obviously tripped on a defect in the hallway carpet, then crashed through a glass window, equally defective. The hotel was negligent in looking after the safety of its guests by placing windows in such a position that guests may easily fall through them

$10 million should cover my client's pain and suffering.

Usually hotels, bldgs have special glass in windows that high up just to avoid this type of thing.
