Does anyone know how these will be plugged into the computer?

Same as the drive you have now. IDE or SATA interface.

Open the PC, unplug old, plugin new, boot to BIOS and let it discover the new drive and then install your OS, etc.

I drool.

For one like me who wants to archive my negatives onto the hard drive, a solid state drive would speed up the process and could be popped in and out of my computer as I need them. I hope I don't have to wait for ages like I am for Canon/Toshiba's 55-inch SED HDTV.
