hence having a direct decendant relationship of that lineage. If so, it would only be through the blood of his Mother, Mary, which was also shared by his half-brothers (and half-sisters if he had any).

you don't have to convince me darling, i know all about it. but it does seem untoward, the disbelief directed toward this woman, which would not be engendered by the same situation, were she the male and the 21 yo the female.

oh you mean the progeny of he and mary magdalene? No, the progeny of His half-brothers like James and Jude and whatever other children Joseph and Mary had after Jesus was born. Can you imagine being one of those kids and hearing all your life "why can't you be more like Jesus? He always eats his vegetables, makes his bed, washes his dishes, etc. etc."?

Oh, don't get me wrong: a 36 y/o man who thinks a 21 y/o girl is going to make a partner in a successful relationship is fooling himself and might as well just empty out his wallet and bank account and be done with it.

you see them on all of the woman-bashing threads on FR, the embittered guys who think all women are vile, money grubbing b!tches, and why? because they thought if she was hot/good in bed/ big boobs, that she would make a wonderful life partner. Doesn't matter that they didn't bother to determine whether the woman had character to go along with the big boobs, bc hey, she was hot and they could HIT IT nightly. well geez, what a fine kettle of fish that turned out to be.

It's not mythical, it's endocrinology. But there is plenty of individual variation. Don't get all flustered. ;)

The most powerful sexual organ in the body is the brain; in the male human the brain doesn't reach maturity and full functionality until AT LEAST 25. I have some serious doubts even about that age..........

My wife (the loverly St Ronnie) is the former GA state Beta club sponsor, so she is coordinating competitions during their state convention this week. Beta club is a national HS honor and service organization, the web site competition is one of a bunch of different activities going on at the convention, but it is the only one that can be "off-site" - a competition that can be done from home.
Accordingly, I was "volunteered" to take care of the high schooler's web site competition. We are supposed to have about 10 qualifying web sites, and I would like to know if anybody would like to earn a judge's fee of 25.00 to grade the web sites.
(I'm supposed to get the final list this evening - there might be a few cancellations from the schools, and scores would be needed back by noon Friday.)
I've got a grading spreadsheet already approved, and criteria and max points for each site would be known.
I anybody help, let me know.

I've always been amazed at how EVERY painting of Jesus resembles the Shroud of Turin.
Question becomes then, what did the earliest paintings of Jesus look like before the shroud was "officially" revealed to the public's view in Turin?

I suppose it is because all of my grandparents came off the boat from eastern europe that i have never seen the point of genealogy. my first job offer in DC was from the DAR and they were paying some ridiculously minuscule salary but assured me i could trace my ancestry for FREE! well i said, that really isn't much of a benefit considering there is no tracing it in this country! all in all i found it odd that people would get off on claiming the fame and achievements of long dead people that they were supposedly descended from, i don't see the point of claiming achievements based on CONSANGUINITY.
