Yao Man found it at the luxury camp (Moto / Ravu??). Earl helped him by getting all the other folks to go try and retrieve the boat, leaving Yao alone in camp.

Yes, Yao Man found the first one (and buried a fake one - heehee) but who/when was the second one found?
