As the former owner of an IT consulting firm, I am ashamed to say that I don't know how to post pics on FR - I had employees to deal with details like that :). Can you point me in the right direction to figure out how?
First you picture has to have an address. IOW, you must post it on your own web page, or some other web picture hosting page. Your web address will look something like this: http://myfavoritedogpictures.com/per/post?id=1234%2CC44. You cannot post a picture unless it is already hosted somewhere.
Next right click on you picture on its host page and click PROPERTIES. Copy and paste the string of symbols there into a FR posting box.
Next, type < img src="your string of symbols here that you found in the properties tag" >. Leave NO space between the < and the rest of the expression when you are typing. ALWAYS leave one space between img and src and leave NO space between the end of your string " and the last >. Your picture should be transferred into your FR posting box when you click "Post".
I cannot type the whole thing as an example with the spaces and the non-spaces where they belong because, if I do, the whole thing disappears. That's a property of HTML. Try it a few times with any existing picture in the FR preview box and then wipe it out if you don't want to post it. It's fun.
