Thanks for your prayers!!...I can make them more specific now if you will continue to remember me.

The doctor was amazed....said he had done literally hundreds of this kind of surgery using this suture material and only had a few 'rejections' from patients, but said mine was the worse he'd seen.

First option is it's an infection and they can treat it with antibiotics.
..they took a culture of it.....but won't know for 2 or 3 days.

2nd option.....they use steroid cream on it.

..3rd option (if this doesn't clear it)...

..he will reopen the wound and literally pluck out the sutures one by one with forceps....and close it with a different suture that he already tells me is even less user friendly.....that I might have sharp cactus like spines & oozing with that one, but that it should heal better than this.

I hold my husband and the doctor I'm praying for the first option...

..but hubby said instead....'Let's pray it heals WITHOUT antibiotics...heals well, soon and completely.'....I'm even hoping it heals before they get the culture results back!
