I'm glad your power came back as that is worse case scenario.

7am-- Temp only fell to 32 degrees within the last hour; I expected to awake to an ice sheet so that's a nice surprise. Periods of freezing rain now expected to accumulate through Monday AM.

I'm going out one last time before the roads get bad and overconfident 4x4 drivers hit the streets. You know the type.

Update #3 Electric down for about four hours again. Trees are buckling everywhere, You can hear the transformer pop all over.

We have a tree leaning over our roof now so we moved all the valuable stuff to the other side of the house so the precip doesn't destroy it.

Tulsa is experiencing snow/sleet/ and rain turning to ice as it hits the ground. Second storm will be followed by the third storm this evening. The third storm is the coup de gras that will dump an additional inch on ice on top of the 1-3 inches of ice hanging on all the lines/trees/roofs.

Temps expected to be around 10 tonight. So we're running the heat in the house at about 80 to get some warmth inside. I expect the electricity to be gone in a few hours.
