I don't know if I answered this.
We mix crushed steamed carrots into moist cat food, mostly tuna. Just about a teaspoon a day is enough. Our cats, all mostly outdoors most of the time here in PA, have been nearly all living a good long life ................ 20 or a little older.
But as any cat owner knows, sometimes the last years can be painful for all.
