I saw Mark Geragos (spit) talking about this case last night on Greta's show.
He said he has tried cases in NC and that the prosecutor has virtually ALL the power in the courts here and that there isn't much the judge can do to stop him.
He said it would be over when Nifong said it was. Period.
I just blasted off yet another email to Easley. When is enough going to be enough.
