Michael Irvin should be in the Hall of Fall. Aikman is in, Emmitt is going in.

It seems incredible that the once all time catch leader isn't.

It's remarkable how long it takes some guys to get in. It seems like each class includes people who retired over two decades ago.

I remember Art Monk from when I was growing up. I would be hard pressed to name another Receiver from the 80s. To me that makes him an Hall of Famer. It shouldn't be jsut on stats online. What did the guy do for his team and for the NFL as a whole. Otherwise how do Offensive Lineman get in?

That is a question I ask myself each year. It's almost as if the voters don't want to waste their vote on a punter.

Being part of three Super Bowl championship teams doesn't hurt either.

Greatest punter ever and it's been 20 years.

And don't think he wasn't a big part of those three Raider Super Bowl wins.

I'd love to see Ray Guy make it in to the Hall of Fame. Truely on of the greater ever to play his position. The First kicker ever taken in the first round.

Interestingly enough, his first blocked punt came in the SB against the Vikings. Minn. gets ball inside the 5 in the first quarter. Chuck Foreman fumbles, Oak. recovers.
Will never forget it.

That's what I cannot understand. How can someone be the greatest at his position and not be in the HOF?

Madden said he could also throw a football so far that the quarterbacks on the team would be embarrassed.
