"Um checkcing your handle, I'm wondering if we're related."
My father spent his working career at the same place... the kind of place were he wasn't allowed to discuss the sorts of things he was up to (DoD). After he retired I was looking for looking for a job change and his old place was hiring. I found out what he was doing all those years and quite a bit about his reputation. They referred to him as "Mad Dog" and I needed no explanation as to why. Once they knew I was his kid, well, the name sort of stuck. That was years ago...about the time I signed up to be a Freeper.
I've tried to not be quite so hot-headed, but my kids will tell you I've not fallen far from the tree. My oldest boy occasional refers to me "Mr. Road Rage". Guess I still have some work to do on that.

I got my name because when I was a sheep farmer one of the ewes came down with rabies that day after we'd drenched the whole flock -- ONE of the three of us had had our hands in her mouth, so all three of us got the shot series, and I go the nickname -- which might have had to do with my sacrificial offer to skip the shots and just go around biting specific people until I died.
