It was actually important that KC not give up 7 there.
Obviously the B-team producers as well for NBC.

Just as it's important for KC to move the ball on this drive....
I wouldn't expect any defense other than maybe Chicago and possibly San Diego or Baltimore to hold them to a FG every drive...

I didn't like the play calling on KC's first possession. We'll see what they do differently here.

The start of the "Second Season" for the NFL...it's Win or Go Golfing from here on.
With a BYE this weekend, the Bears have been taking it easy. Local sports radio has been taking it relatively easy on the hibernating Bears...talk has centered on which Grossman will show up next weekend and then it's on to the Bulls and Hawks.
Bear fans, meanwhile, are having spirited discussions around the water cooler at work...most are down on the team, not really caring who we get since the 'real' Bears won't show up. On the other hand, some are saying the two weeks of downtime will allow some really good rest, returning to fundementals and once we know who we play, putting a strong game plan together.
Oh well...Pitchers and catchers report just after Valentine's Day..
