Watching FNC, and munching on Pringles BBQ flavour
May I talk about plumbing? ;)
Soon as I finish my dinner I must go try to tend to the toilet----just before I got online the rotted rod that connects to the chain that lifts the flapper and ball----BROKE!
I will try to locate an old one to use 'til I can get to the hardware store tomorrow...
How's that for Friday night fun?!
Oh my.......
I am a fan of the sour cream and onion variety.
Ouch.
My brother broke his arm when he was 13, and has a metal rod in there that will be there forever.
I'm just hanging around. Bored.
It is amazing what they can do to fix shattered bones nowadays. Thank God.
I probably did forget to mention it. My mom wanted me to get a second opinion at first but then she talked to my worker's comp person and decided it would be okay. So I wasn't sure for a while that I actually was going to have the surgery. When I had the plate put in, they said it might be in permanently unless it was causing me problems. I was having problems with something (although I wasn't convinced it was the plate) so they decided to take the plate out. *shrugs* I guess I'll see if that helps.
So am I, join the club.
Well hope your recovery is swift and the results are excellent.
Oh my, plates all around tonight...Yikes! Both you and Demi have my sympathy.
I can't put Demi's FReeper name in the "To" box 'cause I can't spell it or even remember it...hence, "Demi".
You should hear people try to pronounce it, I sometimes don't realize who they are talking to.
Thanks :)
Well, it served its purpose anyway. The plate did a marvelous job of holding my ankle together while it was in. Lol I can't spell Dmitry's name either. So let's just keep talking about him, okay? Maybe he won't notice if we don't ping him. ;)
I like salt and vinegar as well, but have found too many and my lips are on fire.
I had a motorcyle burn (a nice round, brownish circle--from the exhaust pipe--) It finally faded aaaawaaaay and is no more.
Do you plate folks 'ping' when going through airport security?
I know I'm making light of serious injuries--I wouldn't wish your situations on anybody. I'm sure you always worry about protecting those areas from further injury.
You are both busted. ;)
