Yeah yeah...bicentennial minute was entertaining in the early stages but became annoying after a while. IIRC, Johnny Carson or SNL did a parody on those PSAs

I remember those! I watched them when I was a kid, I always enjoyed them. Wish I could find them on VHS/DVD, on a website, or even 8-Track. I was 10 in 1976, I turned 40 this year. I'll have to say that the '70's were a great decade to be a kid in compared to now, although if you had a family to provide for, it could have been a rough ride.
