Chapel Hill — WRAL has confirmed that the accuser in the Duke lacrosse case gave birth at UNC Hospitals on Wednesday.
Sources tell WRAL the woman had the baby by Cesarean section. She was not due until February.

IIRC when Gweta broke the story Jakki said the baby was already here. Then DA confirmed birth in Feb.
Then Jakki said "do the math."
She should let Clyde do the numbers, cuz they say boys are better in math than girls.
Additionally, the spin is being directed into a visual of Mike Nifong as being the big "evil". This type of thinking can only come from the "Mommie Dearest" MSM Democrat wing of spin and spoil.
He certainly is foul is his handling of this case. But had she not lied first, he'd have had nothing current to aid and abet, either. Her lying did not serve to expose another liar.
This was a case of two players in the overexalted "diversity" drama playing out scenarios and schemes based upon an obviously shared cult mentality of "American is Racist", and "Women Never Lie."
May this child know truth, honor, kindness, love, and grow up wise despite the liars in this drama. This can, in fact, happen.

I'm curious about the court-ordered paternity test. How can the court order a paternity test unless CGM consents? CGM is not a defendant or a suspect in this case and no one has shown any reason to believe the test will reveal evidence of a crime. If CGM refuses, what happens? Any criminal lawyers out there want to respond?

When I attended the Dec 15 hearing, Ted was sitting next to Travis and did everything but pick up and stroke his hand. During the course of the hearing both Linwood Wilson and Victoria Peterson came over to pay their respects to Travis.
She can do that on her own and it won't be as a result of the court order granted at the December 15 hearing. She'll have to hire her own lawyers to do that.

Do you recall where that thread was that found Nifong had used the same language "poultry" to the defense attorneys in a 1994 rape case? He said that they were "chickens" to go up against him in court.
See, I think if there was a "set-up", Kim WAS in on it. But it wasn't a rape set-up - just a scam 'em (get your $ and get out quick) and throw in a little 911 call about racial epithets (payback for not requesting a sister to dance).
