LSU won 7 straight w/ 2 losses to ranked teams, USC won one game in a row and lost to 2 unranked teams.
I think it comes down to who do you think would win right now? At this point, I think LSU is a better team than SC. But then, I think both teams are better than the teams on the field tonight, and Florida would not want a rematch with the Tigers...
