I'd say that record is still held by Gino Torretta from '92. It started for Toretta the same way too, getting PWN3D in the National Championship game.

The other advantage Florida has is HS Football. It's not Texas, but we grow some big kids in this State.

Last year Tebow was QB for the high school team that knocked our local (undefeated) team out of the state playoffs. Seeing him play then was enough to make me a fan of his. He's the real deal and tough as nails. I'm really glad for him.
