OK, I took a picture anyway, mainly because I want to compare how he looks in a months time. The dark spots on him are stains where dirt was caked, and the really dark one on his hip was mud and he is still wet there. It's too cold to hose him off, he wouldn't dry till tomorrow.

I get really jealous when I look at Cyn. Bay is hairy and gets as caked as that. Cyn is sleek, but more than that, she's like teflon. She rolls, gets up, shakes, and she's pretty clean!

Aside from the dirt, I don't think he looks that bad at all. He's not ribby or anything. I'll bet he'll tone right back up when you get him back to work.
