Tragic,a young man with a bright future ahead of him....i'm assuming this was an act of random violence?Hope they catch the perp(s).

I don't know if this was random or not - but the video of the limo on the TV news channel shows a streach limo with heavily tinted, blacked out windows. They would have to know which seats the passengers were in. It would have to be random shots into the vehicle even if they knew who was in it.
A tragic way for his family to have to bring in the new year. Sad, so sad.
