Personally, I love the fact that I live in America at this time of great challenge, where our future is being written as we speak and modern communications has allowed us to peer into every corner of the world.

However, when the Time Machine is invented, I plan to visit some historical places and events, and absorb some other periods of awesome historical significance.

5. 500 BC Greece - to see the golden era of the most influential ancient culture on western thought.

4. 970 BC Israel - to meet King Solomon, son of David, one of the most fascinating rulers in history.

3. 1190 AD Europe. To witness the defeat of the muslims at the hands of (3rd) Crusaders

2. Late 19th century America - to witness the still young country rising to prominince and power

1. 1774 to 1800 America. To meet the greatest collection of men ever to congregate in one place, giving birth to the greatest nation ever.

bump for deep thought.

I would have liked to see the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs hit Mexico, BUT I'd not want to wait around long.

If you were able to travel back in time, consider that only after the Pentecost, after the Cross, did the Holy Spirit indwell the believer. This was a unique aspect of the mystery Church Age, which never before occurred in human history. It effects the anthropology of man.

The Incarnation occurred in the fullness of times.

Would one really want to journey back prior to that time?

I wouldn't want to go too far back in time.
I prefer indoor plumbing.
As far as Biff goes, does that mean I get to marry Leah Thompson?
