This is the best discussion-forum software I've ever seen
Absolutely. It's fast, easy to read, and conversational flow is excellent. I've seen it go from pretty basic to it's current form, and it's awesome. The one gripe I have with it is the search. It could be a bit more effective, and it would be nice to be able to search within posts. (although I know this takes up a great deal more processor time.)

Make the 'Post' button move around on the screen so it avoids the mouse arrow.

We could call your 'Edit' button the, "Disrupt Forum For Free" button.

A permanent "ignore" button... Is that what I've been calling a "blacklist blocker" for the last couple of years?
It's on my "pretty-please" list right after a "search by author" function.

Control-f brings up the awesome Windows find function.

I think that, so far, you've only discussed "ban." I've seen what happens when the Mods actually VOTE "ban."
Happy New Year, Y'all!

I would like an edit button. I have said some dumb things I would like to remove.
That would be most valuable. Call it the "I Was Drunk" button.

"
An auto url check to prevent multiple postings of the same article?" Or at least a warning that it could be a duplicate, with a link to the suspected duplicate thread?

I agree with you about the search, but I'm sure it's much more complicated that I realize!
