To: Cringing Negativism Network
What window manager are you using? I don't use WINE for much of anything, because I don't use any non-linux programs anymore. However, if there is a way to specify from the command line that the program not be invoked full-screen, then it should be pretty straightforward to create an icon on your desktop to do the same thing.
