Under my name it says Computer Administrator, so I see no need to create another. I think it is just a run-a-round. I cannot find anything useful on Google but I did see some installation problems.

Is your account password protected? I know that Terminal Services won't allow your system to be accessed unless at least one account is password protected. Try adding password protection to your account. If it doesn't help, you can remove it later.

OTOH, it doesn't hurt your system to create a new user. It's no big deal. You can create it, install the software and then deleted it later.
