Baratta said if he didn't send Figueroa to prison, other parents would feel free to commit similar crimes. A lot of interest in that sort of thing out there?

''I'm thinking that maybe you shouldn't be allowed to have children,'' Baratta said. ''It's all about you. It's all about you and your fun and games.'' Wow. A sane judge?

showed up in court Friday wearing jeans with ''Booty'' emblazoned on the left rear pocket and ''Licious'' on the right in what appeared to be rhinestones. It's good to know that she dressed up for her day in court.
Geez.

I worry that kids raised by that lady are still allowed to roam free in society. They need help big time.

She'll probably have an easier time finding a boyfriend in jail through a pen-pal. If the Menendez brothers can do it...

showed up in court Friday wearing jeans with ''Booty'' emblazoned on the left rear pocket and ''Licious'' on the right in what appeared to be rhinestones.Just. Damn. I mean, I've worked in a casual environment for most of my adult life, and I pretty much live in jeans and polo shirts or sweaters, depending on the season. But I put on slacks and a tie for court. Even if it's just traffic court. Some folks don't have no home trainin'.
This just reminds me that if I found a magic lamp with a genie in it, my first wish would be that abject ignorance would be physically painful. That way, more people would make the effort to cure themselves of it.

Been to any funerals lately?
Unfortunately, I have. I have found that when wearing a suit, I am the most dressed up person there, other than those officiating.
