After Larry and Magic, there was no reason to ever watch the NBA.

NBA fights are usually more lame than even baseball fights.

Well, I'll be magnanimous here. Since there is unwarranted violence, I will suggest that they suspend both teams for the season. And call in the New Black Panthers to be counselors.

Thank God! Regular season NBA is so f---ing boring! At least somebody got entertained tonight.
Could somebody break Spike Lee's glasses while we're at it?

Brawling in public would get you or I thrown in jail. I say arrest them right on the floor and haul em off.

That appeared to be true. The "punch" appeared to be more of a "slap" with the fist than an all out straight punch.

"I just said to him, 'You know, you're up 20, you're up 19 with a minute and half to go, you and (Marcus) Camby really shouldn't be in the game right now," Thomas said. "We had surrendered, those guys shouldn't even be in the game at that point in time."Talk about a defeatist attitude. It's like fighting a PC war. I'm glad they got their clocks cleaned.

Even in the playoffs, I'd rank the NBA behind college basketball- the best sport we have with March being the best sports month of the year.

Just saw the footage on ESPNews. .....lotta slapping and posturing, as usual.

It's usually recommended not to foul the guy around his neck while on his way to the hoop. I can understand tempers flaring. That's a cheap shot.

Personally, I thought the same. An arrest should have been made.

It was a totally unacceptable cheap shot foul.

Boys will be boys and these are big boys.
Therefore, big fines and big suspensions.
