Geeez.... if the pit bull does not kill you, the owner will.

All of us are just kind of shocked because it's really a very quiet neighborhoodYep, uh huh, that's what the media says about East Austin, too. Anyone know if Kingwood really is the all American neighborhood or just another 'hood?

The illegal issue is being deflected by the statement that this is a 17 year old "man"...
If he had been a victim, he would have been termed a "child"...And that his, and his parents immigration status would have been touted to draw sympathy to their plight...
But since he's a little punk thug, I am hoping that he'll be tried as an adult and given the ultimate punishment for his crime...

The first generation illegals may be hard-working and Catholic. Their worthless anchor-baby off-spring are the thugs that roam the streets and populate ruthless gangs in cities across America. Perhaps mandatory sterilization should be included when ICE deports illegals, knowing they usually find a way to get back to the US within 30 days.

Unfortunately for the breed this is the type of creep who wants to own a pit bull.
The dogs are dangerous in the hands of people like this.

"His page prominently features rapper Tupac Shakur with a tattoo reading "thug life." "
I know it's just a side issue in this horribly tragic crime, but I'm sick of the glorification of ganglife etc. by the hip hop 'culture'. I totally reject the claim that hip hop and rap etc. are just 'reflecting the way life is'. In my opinion they contribute to lowering the bar on acceptable behavior.

Great, now we get to wait 25 years to put this POS to death. I say kill him already.

Juarez told police he stabbed Deborah Maloney with a kitchen knife he carried at all times for protection. Protection? Against (legitimately) complaining old ladies?
Hang him high.

Lucy Maloney was stabbed to death after she walked out of her room to check on her daughter, said Sgt. Adolfo Carrillo with HPD's homicide division.By your statndard, I guess Sgt Carrillo is just doing the police work Americans won't do.

My wife has been taking early morning walks for 30 years and never been challenged by dogs. She had to release her dog when two Pit Bulls came after her yesterday. It's hard to believe but Dolly the Dippy Dog won that round. Neighbors have been calling animal control about these dogs and the PUNK that owns them for over a year but AC says they can't do a thing until someone gets hurt?

..an interest in the disposal of dead bodies, stabbing people.. Sounds like the dog had nothing to do with it. He was well on his way without the dog.

When I worked in Kingwood 7 years ago, it was a quiet, upscale neighborhood - to say the least, not "diverse" back then. What a shame to read about what this piece of human debris did.

Moral equivalency between man and beast is pathetic. The beast should'a been killed and then the dog shot.
Either we are equal or we are not. Good people ought to be armed where they will, with wits and guns. KMA NRA Merry Christmas.

Monstrous breed, monstrous owner. And no, Kingwood isn't just 'a hood.'
