If anyone can inspire a team it's Holmgren. He did wonders in Green Bay, and before that as a niner assistant. I'm still upset they gave the head coaching job to Siefert instead of Mike.

The speculation I've heard is that the team lacks player leadership. Since Hutchinson left, the void has not been filled.
