Bosie State is the reason why I would like to see a playoff setup like what you see in the basketball verson called March Madness happen in the football side.
That was absolutely crazy wasn't it???
Me too...
If they think they have tons of money now, just think about a college football playoff....
It is probably a bit of both, but I'd lean towards Carroll's adjustments were, again, absolutely on target.
I didn't seem very many adjustments at all from Michigan in the 2nd half.
Wake Ball!!
But I guarantee it'll be reviewed....
After the last review I wont even guess.
Brilliant announcer comment a few minutes ago -- Louisville has the potential to be a top 5 team. Ummm, aren't they ranked 5th?
My bet? They'll say he was down...
Simply put, Michigan beats themselves in the Rose Bowl. USC had the advantage of the hometown crowd. Not even remembering both Gerald Ford or Coach Rechibacher, both recently having passed on greats from Michigan did anything for the team. The team beat themselves bigtime.
I lose! LOL
Hey, Louisville coach, get over it. You got a break on the last fumble.
In the BCS, but I think they are 6th in the other polls.....
But they aren't playing like it right now....
Finally - a correct call for Wake! Fumble - Wake recovers!!!
LOL
They could learn a thing from the baskeball hardwood, which extends into early April thanks to this ritual called March Madness.
Come on Wake!!!! BE accurate on those passes!!!!
2 of them were, the WR have to learn how to catch or at least make a play on the ball, the last pass was a complete flop.
yeah...
we will see...
One of the Bigs needs to get screwed...
That means they need to be undefeated, a clear winner of their conference if they are from the Big Ten, they need to have been 2 or 3 in the polls all year long and they need a significant win over another good program.
In my estimation, there are 10 teams that could cause the system to crash if the above scenario plays out.
Ohio State
Michigan
USC
Florida
Alabama
Oklahoma
Florida State
Nebraska
Miami
Notre Dame....
There are others that are close, but as we saw with Virginia Tech a couple years ago, they just don't have the clout of the others I've listed.
Then what we need is for the offended school and their conference to pull out of the BCS. That won't happen (too much money), but damn that would be a wrench in the works.
Not to take anything away from Boise State, but I really think that a team like that is not capable of two such games in a row. That is what it would take to beat Ohio State, if they were their next opponent.
Boise pulled out every trick they had, and then some to win. I do agree that a play off system is needed, but I do not see them beating OSU (as much as I would be rooting for them to do so!).
Agreed. Boise State played the game of its life.
