In your various comments, you studiously avoided the critical period between a month after birth through adolescence.
Actually the critical period is the perinatal period, masculinization must occur then and, if not, the window is closed. And if masculization does occur perinatally, as it does in normal males, then it is irreversible later on. (Beach, Noble and Orndoff, 1969, Jour. comp. physiol. psych.)
