The show is called "Good Eats". He also hosts the American version of Iron Chef.

Good Eats is the one you want. In my market it's on at 6:00 PM Central.

He's pretty funny, very informative, and you can eat the stuff he teaches you to make.

I've been doing my Christmas shopping online today; so far I've bought 3 items from the KitchenAid sale on QVC for myself, but they don't count as Christmas presents.
