It was absolutely foolish of the Guay's to not be wearing their seatbelts.

It's foolish for ANYONE to ride in a car without a seatbelt on. And car seats for kids...but don't get me started!

Problem is...a lot of car seats are not manufactured correctly and they are certainly not installed properly most of the time.
