That has got to be about the least offensive picture ever. I'm not sure what you mean by "lady," but this is about as low on the titillation scale as you can go.
I am guessing that you mean a "lady" would not pose for a portrait designed to arouse prurient interest--in which instance, Mrs. Blair is still eligible for her ladyship.
The people who are raising a fuss are more obscene and exploitive.
