My neighbor is a school teacher who has a little girl named Shithead (pronounced "shi-theed") in her class. No, I'm not joking.

This one is less surprising when you find out that it's a reasonabyl common name in either Thailand or India... I forget which off the top of my head. i.e., it's cultural, just unfortunate in an English-speaking area.
