The article I read said they killed his dog, too. I tried posting it earlier, but at the time, I could only find the AP link.

I think it is really ironic that our military gets in trouble for killing insurgants that are actively trying to kill them, but this kind of stuff is acceptable behavior right in our own backyards.

Granted, the kid sounds like a total punk, but this seems so extreme to me.

Also, it said he had a controller in his hand when he went to the door, but they said he didn't answer his door. If he wasn't going to answer the door, why would he go to it when they kicked it in.

It sounds all sounds weird to me.

Why do they always have to kill the dog??? Why??? Poor guy probably didn't do anything. If you or I shoot a dog for no reason we're going to jail for cruelty to animals.

Also I'm not so naive to think that just because they charged him with armed robbery does not mean that they were going to prosecute him for armed robbery. The game that they always play is to charge somebody with 1st degree homicide and then plead them out to jaywalking. Very effective strategy for the DA.

it's only a matter of time before someone sues Sony for causing all these deaths because they created an artificial shortage of these addictive games.
