I'm telling you, they don't want to arrest people outside of their houses because if they are arrested inside the house they don't have to get warrants to search the house. They get to toss the place and seize property. Don't underestimate the funding that comes from "sheriff's auctions."
That is some strange karma.
The cop has now been charged with murder.
