Eating in the nude is perfectly acceptable, in my view. It's the ordering that got him. At home I order my meals from my kitchen wench (wife) while fully clothed. Then I strip myself naked before sitting at the table. The police have never seen fit to stop me.
Remember: Order clothed, eat nude.
