I thought of you when the pipe burst under the sink.

Wondered if it was gonna be a Corin experience.

When the pipe broke, it broke inside the wall...it was the spigot that goes from under the kitchen sink water source out to the back yard for the garden hose. So I was in the kitchen and Joshua was watering the garden and I heard this spewing sound and opened the sink cabinet door to be sprayed in the face with water shooting all over.

I ran and screamed "SHUT OFF THE WATER" and Joshua, God bless him, without hesitation ran to the spigot and turned it off.

So, we found the problem and thought..."Easy"...we decided to just remove the spigot completely and cap it for now. Add it back some other day when it's nicer, warmer. So Steve got under the sink and as he twisted off the spigot connection, he broke the entire cold water pipe off. Sigh.

So, we went back to Lowes and got the repair stuff for that. He repaired that pretty easily. Then, he hit the drain pipe under sink and it broke all to pieces, from the sink to the wall where it exits the house to the septic.

So, we went back to Lowes and got THAT repair stuff. And got a couple of repair cartridges for the faucet while we were at it, because it's been dripping for a few months.

So we finally got it all fixed. No more leaks, no more drips Almost everything under the sink is brand new. It was all very old and fragile.
