Tweek looks pretty in the partial snow. It is a great camouflage for her!

I think all of us are going to have to have some big bonfires this spring to clean up downed limbs. What a mess. Jeepers. I hope you don't miss '24'! That's just adding insult to injury.

We're signing off because our power is flickering. If we still have power in a couple of hours, we'll check back in. We're expecting the worst. Many in town don't have power and I'm doubting that we will for much longer. Have cookies in the oven and a meatloaf which will be done in 30 min. If we lose power, we'll have to finish it on the grill.

Good night! Hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst, so they say! ecurbh has corrected me, we can make tapes in the bedroom, so we'll record 24 tonight and tomorrow night just in case someone needs it.
I don't *think* we'll lose power, but then the weather-people say we may have *thundersleet*, so no telling what might happen....
We've got the ugly sleet and freezing rain too. It is starting to form icicles on the bird feeder baffle, I'd really prefer the sleet, myself!!

Wasn't that snow supposed to start by now?
We still have freezing drizzle coming down and the streeet has a slush on it...all ready for the snow plows to scrape. Squirrelz are still working on their nests and Miss Kitty wants Fancy Feast. Think I'll heat the cider up.
