They ARE good, aren't they? I had one for the first time when SirKit was in college at Loyola in New Orleans for a semester. We went to Pancho's Mexican Buffet, and they were on the dessert menu. It's like a beignet, but with butter and honey instead of powdered sugar.

If you go to any proper rodeo or pow wow they're served with taco/tostada toppings. Double thud.

Unfortunately thet're the most fattening food on the planet. I just gained a pound thinking about 'em. alas.

That looks like you had the whole gang working. Lefse, although I've never had, it sounds great. I've seen a rolling pin like that before, but didn't know what it was used for.

Congrats; Coming along nicely with the Bug. That's a bigger project than LSA and I would want to tackle.

Hey, I didn't say nuthin bad about the guy! Even though I could, since his crappy administration made it necessary for SirKit to change careers. He was teaching at Purdue at the time, and we knew we'd never be able to afford to buy a home without my having to work, too, while interest rates were at 17-20%. He ended up heading over to NJ to work for Bell Labs so he could make a better salary . After a couple of years of Reagan, we were able to buy a home.

He's going to shut the water off for a bit tonight to replace something or another, if you get home in time, you might want to fill the tub so you've got some flushing water.

Rosie was reluctant to roll one, but she ended up being pretty good at it. It didn't tear, and it didn't just stick to the rolling pin :~)

And it didn't get caught on the faucet on the way to the pan. ;-)

That was awful funny, for no real reason.
