I'd never even seen a Manx until Bear was given to me by a friend who was having health problems and was having to find homes for all his cats, but I can't imagine life without him now. He's such an affectionate cat, not only to husband and I, but also to my other two cats. They are indoor/outdoor cats, but Bear was raised inside and has never been out, so every day when I get home from work and his buddies come in, he will put an arm around their shoulder and give them a good licking on the face and ears and they really seem to enjoy it. Cats are the best!
Yes, they are! My Manx is kind of antisocial with other animals. But he's old and ornery, I guess.
